The hybrid press machine "SSPP-III" is equipped with a hybrid actuator that enables hydraulic control through electricity. It allows for multi-stage pressing, with the ability to change the molding method for the first, second, and third stages. The hydraulic tank has been reduced to 1/30 of its conventional size, eliminating viscosity changes in the oil due to long hours of operation. While it operates hydraulically, it achieves movements similar to those of a servo, combining traditional position control with load cell feedback control, thereby improving quality stability. Additionally, it significantly reduces electricity consumption compared to conventional continuous motor operation, adopting an environmentally friendly eco-design.
